The advantages of using Technology

As we can see technology is penetrating into various aspects of our life such as teaching, learning, traveling, working, etc. What attracts me most about teaching is that teacher can make the lesson more vivid and effective by playing video. For example, when my teacher let us comment whether some phenomena are good or bad, they can directly let us watch the video and we can understand more quickly.
I was so impressed when I took my first job. As my job was concerned with business trip, some technological tools are necessities. The mobile phone is the most important. If I went out home without mobile phone, this day would become a miserable day because I lost all the contact telephone numbers and it would cause trouble to me in communicating and maybe reserving a hotel. Next is computer. It plays so important a role in the operation of a company. My manager seems to be good at make using of computer. When he is not in the office, he sends emails to us to illustrate what documents he needs and what we need to translate for him. When we finish these documents, we can immediately send back to him, so it was very convenient and time-saving. No matter the distance, we could keep in touch through the computer. Different departments can exchange information by email and don’t need to go upstairs and downstairs to tell or inform others. Besides, the content written on the electronic version is much more clear and concise so the work will get more effective and efficient.
In addition, when we need to show some pictures to customers or give them some formats, we can just open the PPT and introduce or print them on the spot.
